Sometimes we need a reminder that we are enough. Would you join us in this 8 day self-esteem challenge?

Day 1

As soon as you wake up, think about all the things you are grateful for. Write down your goals for the day.

Day 2

Take a shower and wear the outfit that makes you feel fearless.

Day 3

Look at yourself in the mirror and compliment yourself. Tell yourself how much you love yourself. Smile. Observe. Love your body.

Day 4

Make your own SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). You will recognize Internal and External factors and create a strategy to improve anything you want.

Day 5

Have you been procrastinating a bit? What about doing at least one of the things you haven’t done yet.

Day 6

Write down the reasons why you feel proud of yourself. List at least 8 things.

Day 7

Write down a letter for yourself, list your accomplishments, how much you have fought, all your good experiences, and your top best memories.

Day 8

Remember you are special. You are going to get there. List all your long-term goals.
