Is your N95 mask giving you headaches? There is a natural way to get rid of that pain.

Masks are part of our daily life now. We have to wear them to avoid getting infected with COVID19. Either you are using a N95 or a mask with a cute design, using it for too long can give us headaches. This happens due to the CO2 that slowly builds up in the mask over time.

This is why we have a list of 5 pressure points that can help you with those annoying headaches.

1. Place fingers next to the nostrils

Press and stretch away from each other to help open the nostrils. Try massaging in clockwise circles for 2-3 minutes.

2. Pressure between the eyebrows

Apply pressure between the eyebrows for 1 minute.

3. Pressure on the inner corners of your eyes, below the eyebrows

Use your index and middle finger to apply pressure to both sides for 1 minute.

4. Pressure on the back of the neck

Place fingers behind your head and open palms. Place thumbs were the neck muscles attach to the skull. Apply pressure for 4 to 5 seconds.

5. Pressure in between the thumb and index finger

Add pressure to the space between the thumb and index finger. Hold it for 4 to 5 seconds.
